Do I have to be strict keto?

No. You don't have to be keto.

How are the modules released?

Some of you may wish to go through all the modules quickly, you're motivated, and super excited to begin straight away.

For others, life is crazy, life is busy and you may have to find a time that fits in with your schedule - I get that.

Everyone will continue at a different pace depending on how busy their life is and how much of a drastic lifestyle change this may be. 

Both are absolutely fine approaches to take.  

I have designed my lessons to be bite-sized 5-10 minutes so you can watch 1 or 2 each time you sit down with a cup of tea or coffee.

How long do I have access to the everything?

No, you don't need to be on Facebook. You will have access to all my weekly content inside the private members-only website.

What if I can't attend the LIVE sessions

No problem.

There will be a mix of LIVE sessions and some pre-recorded sessions.

Again, like Netflix, just watch the replays on your terms, ask any questions and get access to all the monthly training PLUS the community, coaching, cheat sheets and templates. 

How much time will this take?

The beauty is, it's completely up to you.

I estimate for the first few weeks you'll spend 1 hour each week watching lessons or reading the handbooks.

But it's entirely up to you.

Remember, you have access to the private website with all the course material, videos and handbooks for as long as you are a paying member.

Think of it as a low-carb Netflix.

So there's no rush to complete everything straight away.

Each module has 5-6 lessons, each one is roughly 5-10 minutes long. Simply watch a video each time you sit down with a cup or tea or coffee.

In addition, there are the practical tasks such as your pantry clear out.
